Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions for Entrants / Winners

• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to B.G.B. Marketing whose Instagram and TikTok handle is @bgb.marketing. The "Prize" refers to The Prize Listed Per Giveaway. 
  
  
• By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by the TIME and on DATE listed on the Giveaway Instagram Post. One (1) winner in will be selected at random by The Promoter on the DATE specified on the Instagram Post and the winner will be notified on or after this date.

• Total prize value shall not exceed the cash value dollar amount listed on each giveaway post on Instagram @bgb.marketing per campaign. Total prize value varies per campaign. Fees may apply. 

• ​The tentative winner has 24 hours to answer @bgb.marketing on either TikTok or Instagram, whichever The Promoter has connected said winner from. If the tentative winner does not answer @bgb.marketing within 24 hours, they forfeit the prize entirely and another (backup) winner will be contacted to receive the prize. 

• The Promotors giveaway competitions are either open for entry via Instagram, TikTok, or sometimes both. This depends on the campaign. The Promoter offers campaigns open worldwide as well as solely open to residents of the USA/UK/CA/AUS. This may change for each campaign offered. The number of winners and prize amount also depends on each campaign and may differ. 
  
  
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay or purchase to enter the competition. Void where prohibited by law. 
  
  
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry and have a public Instagram account if the competition takes place on Instagram. If the competition takes place on TikTok, entrants must have a public TikTok account and be at least 18 years of age. 
  
  
• Clients of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
  
  
• Instagram, TikTok, and all other brands or logos shown are not in any way affiliated, sponsored, or involved in the competition.
  
  
• Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
  
  
• Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram or TikTok, dependent on the campaign, by following @bgb.marketing and following all of the accounts @bgb.marketing follows at the time of the giveaway. If there is a bonus option listed, entrants will receive extra entries after full completion of the bonus. 
  
  
• The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered the giveaway and followed all rules completely. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
  
  
• The Promoter has the right to change the prize at any time, for any reason, either during or before the competition begins. This includes the dollar amount, final value, physical prize, and/or cash option. The Promoter will not be held liable if this occurs. 

• The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
  
  
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
  
  
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  
  
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize.
  
  
• The Prize may have a cash option for some campaigns, but not all, and we are not required to offer it. 

• The name, address, email address, phone number, identification, and tax forms of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.​ The Promoter may also require a photo of the winner with or without said Prize once the winner has received it. 
  
  
• The Promoter reserves the right to deduct any and all applicable fees from the final prize. 

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  
  
• The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  
  
• The winner’s name, social media username, and/or photo may be posted on the social media profiles and/or website of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.

• The final prize gift depends on applicable laws and regulations where the winner resides as well as shipping costs, etc. The prize the winner receives depends on the winners country, town, and city of residence due to shipping regulations and other specific measures put in place by the winners country.
